Professional Activities

Attorney Potter was lead trial counsel in the case of EEOC v. AT& T and thirty Operating Subsidiaries. This was a landmark employment discrimination case based on race, sex and national origin about which two books have been written, containing descriptions of Ms. Potter's role in the

Ms. Potter was one of the founders of the Women's Legal Defense Fund, now the Fund for Women and Families.

Ms. Potter has taught advocacy courses in Zambia, Uganda and Russia from 1996 until the present time.
